Character Design WIP
Added 2022-04-30 20:56:50 +0000 UTCokay since u all said that you'd be interested in seeing some action contest content here are the character designs for the only two characters in the episode lmao. dark haired character is named Rye and the light haired character is Mona.
my sister is in the process of finishing the sketches for the chapter (only a couple of panels left!!), then she'll send those files to me, I'll add lettering, then we'll publish the chapter here so you guys can read it. the entire month of may will be dedicated to getting feedback from beta readers, editing the sketches, then finalizing everything (lines, color, lighting, final lettering, etc.) hopefully it will all be ready for when submissions open june 1! excited for you guys to read what we have so far, too.
some more info about the characters, rye is inspired by a spider, and mona is inspired by a crane :) they live in a fictional world that is far more fantastical than earth, but is very similar ecologically.
