Version 0.5 Update!

Hey guys, it's finally here. I'm quite tired at the moment of posting this, so I'll keep things brief. There's still a lot more work to be done on my part, but I hope you guys enjoy the update! I'll be posting everything to itch.io soon, hopefully with direct downloads this time.

Here's the gist of the content that's been added this time around. Let me know if you have any problems with a build or download, I'll be fixing things as soon as possible.

This update took way too long to release and definitely burned me a bit, but we finally made it. I'm sorry again for so many delays. The more I work, the harder it becomes to estimate an accurate schedule, especially when I start slowing down.

Although there are only two main story events, the sequence of ending chapter 2 is a long one, much longer than I've held story events before. I hope that's not too offputting for those who enjoy the sandbox experience.

Along with continuing the story, this update features a renewal of a majority of the game's CG. Unfortunately, I haven't yet managed to update all of them, but moving forward and patching the remaining holes should be easier than before. 

In quick summation, all character events have updated CG, with the exception of Mira, Tabitha, and Varsha. Some older scenes in the story are still waiting to be touched up as well. The main cast now have updated sprites to match their new models, along with several side characters. 

My next goal when it comes to renewal is to improve the animations currently in the game as well as expanding their scenes. I know many people find the game lacking in that regard and I've come to agree as I accumulate more experience. I'll be doing my best to redirect energy towards covering that weakness.

However, I won't be letting older content slow down updates anymore. Moving the story and the characters forward will take precedence over further revisions to avoid the excessively long release schedules I've been maintaining. I'll be pushing to make new scenes with higher quality before working on the old ones.

Some requested quality of life features such as the codex and more accurate tips are also still in development, so stay tuned for those improvements. The gallery is also on the way!
