I just love to make lofi beats! I love chopping up samples and rearranging them - it's just so much fun. But do you wanna know what I hate when it comes to making lofi beats? I hate clearing samples! I'm broke af, dudes and dudettes…I simply can't afford it...blaaaaah, blaaaaah…that's why I never used samples in my track, like, for almost my entire producer life…well, until recently, that is…so what has changed then, you might ask…good question, Timmy! Thanks for asking! Now go over there, lick the psychoactive wall, take a wisdom biscuit and…yeah, no "and"...just do it😁 nah, all jokes aside, I just learned how to make my own samples. That's it really. There are so many awesome tools out there that make your stuff sound as if it was sampled from some old vinyl or something…Labs, RC-20, Sketch Cassette 2, the list goes on and on!
