Discord Server Update!

I've been working on a Discord server on and off the last few weeks. It's really nothing grand, but I'll be adding it into all my Patreon perks and see how things go for a bit and then open it up for others to join! That said, there are specific channels available only to certain tiers and if you ever change tiers, you may not see those channels in the future!
My seedling tier patrons will know that I accidentally already let them into the server a few hours ago while I was testing out how to connect Patreon tiers to the server haha. Basically, as long as you have a Discord connected to your Patreon account, you'll get immediate access so please don't be too surprised if you suddenly see my server (Poppy's Garden) in your Discord! I honestly thought it'd just give you an invitation, but Patreon is really integrated haha!
By the time you see this post, you'll likely already have access to the server, but if you're unable to find it or don't know how to connect your discord to your Patreon, I can also send you an invite link and manually put in your role if necessary ^^
