Shazam! Sure!
Added 2019-04-23 18:00:59 +0000 UTCI saw Shazam the other night - it was cute! Definitely a great movie for kids/teens as it has a lot of important messages and characters. As an adult? Meh, maybe not so much. Still cute, though!

I was actually glad they didn’t do the DC thing and try to make it a mature movie. Captain Marvel/Shazam has always been a kids fantasy of being a superhero while still being a kid. If they want to use the character without the family part he would have to be a guest in some other movie.
