Highs...1) finally getting back surgery 2) feeling proficient at my “new” same career (I immigrated and it’s all new even though I came to Canada with over 15 years in my field in 2012) 3) celebrating family and friends and surviving another year together! Happy New Year to you and yours, and thanks for the guide. I passed it along to my wife and will be using it as well. I might be a therapist, but I am the worst at motivating myself.
