I usually read through my YT comments - I like to read what you guys think, plus I try to delete some of the really awful stuff. I know it "shouldn't matter" and it can be time-consuming, but I don't like the idea of hate/racism/etc building on something I've created, you know? So I tend to delete the absolute worst and leave the rest.
This one came through and dang!
Unfortunately this is not a rare occurrence, it happens most days. I've definitely gotten a thicker skin since starting YT, so at least that's something!

I’m so sorry you have to put up with these sorts of comments Alanna. I’ll never understand why people are so hateful and want to go out of their way to make other folks feel bad. Just remember you have 25,000 subscribers in your corner who love what you do and want to see you succeed. Don’t let the haters win!

Being in the public eye, no matter how large or humble the viewership, will always attract the trolls. Ignore that twat (good British cuss word there for ya!! ;) It's already been said, by reacting and even giving any attention to these types, is a waste of time and energy.

People feel free and able to write such vile comments to a complete stranger as if they have an entitlement to do so. Most of the people, I suspect, who watch and subscribe to you think the same. Personally I love your video's and I think that your accent is charming.
