Mayor Mare adjusted her diaper tape and took in a deep breath. Speeches were never her specialty and always had a way of making her nervous. As the ponies gathered around her podium drooling and eager to hear her speech, muscle memory took over. "Thank you everypony for coming out today and listening to me. As your Mayor, I have always had the best for Ponyville in mind. When I visited Manehattan a few weeks ago, I saw many things that Ponyville was lacking. Infrastructure, Fashion, Architecture, However, after attending one show in particular, I realized we were missing out on something that provided thousands of benefits. Wearing diapers 24/7! And it is for that reason that I, Mayor Mare,, proudly announce the Silly Filly Act! From this day forward, nopony will wear anything less than the fluffiest pamps and speak only in adorable babbles! Gone will be the stress of what to wear in the morning, no more changing clothes or rushing to the potty, and no more long complicated words that confuse us! As of today, Ponyville enters a new era!" The crowd babbled loudly in response and the Mayor could relax as the back of her diaper ballooned out.
