I flunked out of school nearly a year ago and decided to move back home to be with and near family as I figure shit out and that just made me feel better about it. I'm the only one in my family to take a break from school with my uncles being the two best examples of "college gets you a job so you can be rich and successful". There's so much pressure to be like them so I appreciate the validation that your 20's is a time to figure out life and what to do with it because 23 isn't old. You're a baby adult!

I love Shadowheart but the House of Grief made me question my decision on keeping her because I did not feel worthy enough to have her in the party. That darkness+ bone chill really fucked me up

Update: The mind flayer did end up betraying me which is exactly what happened with Shadowheart so now I'm on playthrough 2 with a lot higher charisma. PS - I've been playing BG3 on my steam deck which means the game is not trapped in my PC and can travel with me...probably not helpful for the game addiction but 🙃 -Mey
