I have lots of new members. (Thank you! How did you find me? I'm always curious if Patreon promotes my page or if people find me via Bluesky or Instagram or X or some other platform.)
I thought I'd give some information people might find interesting. I like to share so you see I'm a real person and not just a fake unclothed girl on the Internet. In my college art class, the model failed to show up. So, I volunteered. I wore my bra and panties. I realized that people were so busy trying to "get it right" that they really weren't judging me or my body. That made me more comfortable and confident. I liked helping artists make art. I like being human art. Fast forward to age 30 and that's when I started modeling for photographers. I had always wanted to be a runway model, but I didn't get dental braces until I was 30 and was past runway modeling age. Luckily there is a market for fine art models and I like it WAY more than I would have liked runway modeling. I think I am great at it. I try to be creative and bring new poses and looks to shoots to keep it fresh. There seem to be less and less fine art models, so I want to help people make art as long as I can. And, I want to continue to grow as a model (and now a photographer).
Is this my day job? Yes. One of them. I do get a 1099 from Patreon. I do get paid by photographers to model. (Most of those shoots you don't see, unless they give me photos to share here. I don't require photos on a paid shoot. Only TFP shoots. So, you only see a fraction of what I model here.) I'm considered a "gig worker". I work multiple part time jobs. Patreon/modeling is one. I'm a pet food retail merchandiser for about 4 days a month. I'm a greeting card merchandiser when they need me (I just got hired for this one in December), mostly during holiday rushes and for resets. I take photos for an eBay reseller who is a friend of mine 2 days a week (or more or less depending on my schedule and what needs done). I present art programs and painting parties to libraries and other groups here and there and set up with art I have created at a few festivals. And, in the Summer I am a garden coordinator for an urban greens program where we grow food and community and food for the community. I also am a Reiki Master and practice Reiki on clients at outdoor festivals and train others interested in Reiki through the different steps to become a practitioner. I receive a 1099 from a lot of these, so as you can imagine my taxes are a lot to deal with! haha. I like all (most) of these jobs, so that's why it's hard to pin me down for shoots sometimes. I know I'll have fun at the shoot (and get paid or have photos to share with you all), but I also like routine and my regular boring day jobs. :)
Thanks to those of you who have shared bits of yourselves with me. I like interacting with people, so feel free to share about yourself on the posts or in my inbox, but it's also okay if you silently stalk me here. You are paying for the privilege.
Enjoy this small set by Dave Levingston!
