I started lifting weights and doing workouts every day. Just really tired and low energy lately and thought it might help. Weight bearing exercises help you maintain and build bone density as you age, too. If we haven't worked together before and you want to (or if we have haha) please make this the year and press me if you need to. Sometimes I'm hard to pin down with my many jobs. I want to keep modeling. I want to show a woman's body as she ages. But, you never know what life or health has in store. So, no time to wait or waste. 2025 is going to be our year to get the art done. :) This is what my body looks like in this moment.
