You can expect the update to release on the 30th or the 31st.

I'm being honest when I say that literally all that is missing is a single event which needs the art, won't take longer than 10 minutes to make most likely. The artist has said that the piece SHOULD be ready tomorrow. That being said, I understand that these delays are getting tiring, so here's the deal: Tomorrow, I will release the update as soon as I get the art, if I do not receive it by 6 PM EST, I will release the update regardless and make a patch later to add it in.
