Eleir always knows a bit more than she lets on…except when it comes to her twin brother, Jomir, whom she happily puts in his place whenever the opportunity presents itself.

To most others in Cloudheim, Eleir Bottleheart is known as the kind and good-humored business partner of Elixitier Einrich Everelm, one of the city’s retired celebrity adventurers whose ego often obscures his skill. Nevertheless, she’s tolerant enough to put up with his antics and clever enough to catch his oversights.

Although she leans towards more pacifist magic styles herself, she does treasure one magical keepsake empowered with arcane evocation: a ring given to her by an adept caster whom she admired in skill and soul alike.

She never uses it, nor does she ever remove it, but its comforting weight upon her finger is often what keeps her in such contagiously good spirits.

Eleir is a dwarven druid NPC with a challenge rating of 15. Her release includes cards and files for:

• Her character art and NPC stat block.
• Einrich's Quickening Mist, a potion for some misty elusiveness.
• Some Frostbloom Tea, a tea so refreshing that it can cure you of curses.
• Life Preservation Dust, a one-time use dust for preserving someone's life (even if it already ended).
• The Skyreader Ring, which empowers you with the current weather.
• The Shaman's Crutch, a staff that gives potion-brewers some extra prowess.
