Olgur, the Gnomish Barbarian

There are two things that send Olgur into a fit of rage: being thrashed off of a dinosaur he’s attempting to ride and being mistaken for a dwarf. Both happen regularly.

Hailing from a gnomish tribe of the northern Flowcliff plateau, Olgur set out to prove the strength of his people in a very literal sense. He left his fellow rock gnomes nearly 10 years ago with only his favorite morningstar and a furrowed brow—again, literally. He brought neither rations, equipment, nor any clothes. A proud gnome, indeed.

And although unwise at times, Olgur is clever enough to have learned that much of his strength was once held back by a selfish pride. He’s no longer the Naked Gnome of Flowcliff that several local bards of the land wrote tavern tales of, but rather, Loyal Olgur of the Rock Gnomes, savior of his friends time and time again. Specifically the savior of Raxl, more so than the others, but those are stories for another time, all of which Raxl tries to keep people from telling.

Olgur is a gnomish barbarian NPC with a Challenge Rating of 13, and his release includes the following:

• His character card, which includes his character art and NPC stat block
• Ankylo Plate, a set of half plate armor that lets him Polymorph into an ankylosaurus.
• A Pachy Punch, a helmet that gives him a brutal headbutt.
• A Potion of Freedom, which grants him Freedom of Movement.
• The Slaygosaur, a morningstar that deals extra damage to larger creatures.
• Thumper, a flail that can also protect you from attacks.
