Negative Space
Added 2023-07-05 23:00:03 +0000 UTCHas anyone tried to use negative space before? I find it hard to use in my regular artwork and I suppose in my photography, too. I automatically center things or rule of thirds and forget how cool this can be as a composition idea and to draw the eye where you want to draw it. I think these are a great artsy example. I left the first photo in so you can tell that Dave (Levingston) was standing up on a balcony shooting down on me. He saw a slice of sunlight and had me stand in it. Really cool results.
