[WSID#23] Cartoony

This time I wanna try drawing something out of my comfort zone, a mild 'hyper' proportion.
For this I choose a cartoony character because I think they're stretchy and wouldn't look too odd lol
there are only 2 option to vote for this time
Toodles(Tom and Jerry)
and Olive Oyl(Popeye the Sailor)

Toodles is more orignal to the theme. However the later incarnations of Olive oyl from the 70s and 80s with darker skin would fit perfectly a since she looked better and was more assertive in those cartoons. Just giving my 2 cents is all.💯
