I'll be back soon with more pics of me (and me with Emily and me shot by Emily), but thought we'd jump into my shoot with her. We spent a Monday playing and trading ideas and shoot time. So, I painted this cardboard circle peach on both sides with acrylic paint a while back. I was waiting for the right model to bring it to life. I had the idea in my mind of making the model part of a still life (or using these giant props outside, but it's cold). And, I wanted to tell a model, here's this.... be creative in your posing, what can you do with it. Kind of like that show "Whose Line is it Anyway", if anyone has seen it, where they turn props into funny things or just make use of whatever they're given. I'm pretty happy with how these look and the way her hair contrasts with the color of the circle and with the prop you'll see next. Lemme know what you think!
P.S. I have a class scheduled to learn more about camera stuff mid January!
