Perhaps her essence was bonded to the wallpaper, now peeling off the decrepit walls. Her soul reamerging as flesh. Trying desperately to cling to her ethereal existence. Her fingers grabbing for touch, her nebulous body twisted in confused agony. A tenuous fight to remain vapor... Is she reborn, or cast out of death's familiar embrace into the naked curse of purgatory?
