I would bet that anabolic cat petting you did before the comp. helped you with the front squat. I need to put cat petting into my program.

Looked like a big crowd in Sheffield - how was the attendance? The live stream audio only got sorted out about half-way through bench so you couldn't hear the crowd at all until then.
That gym (JD) looks reallly nice - don't get anything like that al all where I live.
