V 0.5 release - Gold now and others to follow

I am pleased to announce that V 0.5 is ready, and it is going out to you, my Gold patrons, first.

As usual I underestimated the work involved in getting this out and the beta testing was a help in finding bugs. Hope we got ‘em all, and I really hope that you enjoy V 0.5!
