TF sequence commissions, slight patreon edits, and wg drive png

Secondly, I underestimated how time consuming the polls and illustrations take, so for now i have to change it to 1 patreon illustration a month. Sorry for the inconvenience but ill try to make up for it soon!
Also for the $5+ tiers, I changed it from 1 monthly sketch raffle, to request stream, so that means more sketches for that tier!
