Summer has started 夏の始まり

Hello dear Patrons. The summer has officially started in the Netherlands as the temperature rises to 30 degrees celcius. I decided to spend a day relaxing at a beach near Amsterdam. It was so lovely to finally feel the sun on my skin which almost never sees the sun 🥲 I realized I’m very pale compared to other people haha. I used to be really insecure about it but I feel totally fine with it now and try to protect my skin as much as possible from sunburn. I also had some ice cream of course, and a sushi dinner, so all in all it was a perfect day for me. My physical condition has not been great since I came back from Japan but this day really lifts my spirits. By the way, ice been watching Ainori Asian Journey again lately. I really recommend the show haha.

皆さんおハロー。オランダでは気温が30度まで上がり、本格的な夏が始まりました。アムステルダム近郊のビーチで一日のんびりと過ごすことにしました。ほとんど太陽を浴びることのない私の肌に、ようやく太陽を感じることができて、とても気持ちよかったです🥲他の人と比べて、とても色白だと気づきました。以前はそのことがとてもコンプレクスがあったけど、今は全く問題ないと思っていますし、できるだけ日焼けから肌を守るように心がけています。アイスクリームも食べたし、お寿司も食べたし、完璧な一日でした。日本から帰ってきてから、体調があまり良くなかったのですが、この日は本当に元気が出ました。ところで、最近また「あいのり Asian Journey」を見ています。おすすめです。
