Patreon Build p1.17.2: Let The Cataloging Begin!
Added 2024-06-17 03:44:41 +0000 UTCI am pleased to announce the Patreon release of project p1.17.2! Now that decryption is alive and well, this version includes a major update to the cataloging engine. These changes include:
The addition of saving title, plot, and actor/actress metadata in original language.
The refactoring of the ‘--update-only’ flag to properly update only metadata which is missing.
The addition of the ‘--cleanup-files’ flag which will intelligently attempt to remove incorrectly named files (images, nfo, trailers, etc) from past scraping attempts. (Note: This flag is potentially data destructive so always backup and do a trial run first.)
The creation of a fallback endpoint when primary provider services are interrupted.
A rollup of all bugfixes, backend, and frontend improvements made during the course of normal development.

Note: While this project may run fine on other platforms, please keep in mind that the current supported (tested) operating systems are Windows 10, and Debian 11 (Bullseye).
