Patreon Release p1.16.3: Bug Fixes, Internal Maintenance, and Reasonable Usage Protection!

Numerous bug fixes reported by the community.
Backend quality of life changes for staging new feature work.
Reasonable usage protection for shared community resources.
As you may have noticed, our project incorporates numerous features and services that rely on resources shared by our community. Recently, we've seen a significant increase in resource usage, exceeding even that of our most dedicated supporters. This kind of activity is not normal and perhaps could be intentionally malicious. So in order to protect the quality of service to our community members, this version now includes simple user authentication. All you need to do is provide your Patreon email and your all set! This should help us keep everything running smoothly, while allowing us to protect the community from abuse.
As always, while I don’t expect to find any major problems, If you can identify any issues, please feel free to reach out to me on Discord so we can try and resolve them! If you have any Patreon specific issues (e.g. Billing), please feel free to reach me on Patreon.
Note: While this project may run fine on other platforms, please keep in mind that the current supported (tested) operating systems are Windows 10, and Debian 11 (Bullseye).
