Test Build p1.14.5: VR support has finally arrived!
Added 2023-05-18 22:21:53 +0000 UTCI am pleased to announce the test release of project p1.14.5! This version includes the much anticipated feature of VR support, which makes this project the first to publicly achieve this feat! In addition, the following improvements have been made:
- Regression issues in cataloging multi-part videos has been fixed.
- Specific titles which are being poisoned are now correctly identified and mitigated.
- Video streams are now fingerprinted to avoid being served duplicates.
- Resume code for place shifting has been updated to catch additional edge cases.
- Smaller cumulative bug fixes and performance changes have also been added.
As always, while I don’t expect to find any major problems, please be aware that this is a test build. If you can identify any issues, please feel free to reach out to me on Discord so we can try and resolve them before this gets a proper release! Note: While this project may run fine on other platforms, please keep in mind that the current supported (tested) operating systems are Windows 10, and Debian 11 (Bullseye).
