Test Build 1.12.9: Upgraded Dictionary Engine & Download Resolution Enforcement!
Added 2022-09-18 21:39:22 +0000 UTCI am pleased to announce that test build p1.12.9 is now open for everyone to test with! This version includes major updates to the dictionary engine, as well as download resolution enforcement for secondary server sources. For the dictionary engine, the dictionary file is now in XML format and allows for multiple find/replace on customized fields. This replacement happens in order of appearance, before and after any potential translation has been completed. For download resolution enforcement, now the project will attempt to intelligently detect incorrectly served packets, and request them again until the server returns what we genuinely asked for.
As always, while I don’t expect to find any major problems, please be aware that this is a test build. If you can identify any issues, please feel free to reach out to me on Discord so we can try and resolve them before this gets a proper release!
