New Version p1.6.0: Decryption and downloading from Japanese servers!

I am pleased to announce the release of project p1.6.0! This version contains the new Patreon exclusive feature: Decryption and downloading from Japanese servers! Now you can decrypt and download titles that have been retired outside of Japan, archive rare/exclusive anime, as well as access content exclusive to that territory.

With this change, a new option `--server` has been added so that users can specify which service they wish to target. In addition, instructions for obtaining a valid cookie file has changed. Please refer to the FAQ section of the ‘README.txt’ file for more information on how to properly use this new feature.
