If you had a chance to check out my Q&A, youβd find that I like to do my videos based on how I enjoy watching asmr videos...a bit shorter. If I donβt feel relaxed within the first minute, I move to something else. If I feel relaxed within that first minute, Iβll fall asleep within 3 minutes or less! π
