Trying to install AltStore on my iPhone 11 Pro with AltServer 1.5b5 installed on Mac Mojave 10.14.6 and I get an error: "Could not communicate with a helper application." I removed and reinstalled the app and the mail plugin with no success. Any suggestions?

I can't install delta, ios 15 beta 2 - iphone 12 pro max. Altstore either crashes or says it lost connection to altserver *Update* the b6 update fixed this issue for me.

For those still having issues make sure you are running Mac OS 11.4. That fixed it for me.

I was able to succesfully install the beta on my iPadOS 15 device, but can't get the new JIT stuff working. Tried enabling it on the UTM app, but get "Debug Server error -256". Tried other apps with the same result. Am I missing something about how this is supposed to work, or is it just broken?

How the fuck do you update AltStore?! I'm on 14.3 and the damn server isn't letting me update altstore and I can't reinstall AltStore through AltServer or risk losing all the apps. What the hell is going on?

Well, after install (either AltStore or IPA's - it says "Untrusted Developer" in a pop up. Got to trust them, but the problem is..nothing is showing up in settings, beside the iOS 15 Beta profile :S so I can't continue. Bug in iOS 15 beta 2 or???

In iOS15 you can’t have other devices using the same beta linked accounts. Multi linked beta accounts only work with iOS14.x devices.

Cercube is working for iOS 15? Mine will not refresh in Altstore it keeps saying lost connection to AltServer each time its about to finish. If theres a new version of Cercube could you please send me the link of the IPA?

I was able to resign Cercube and Rocket for Instagram successfully and was able to install DiOS (beta) but could not get JIT working. Debug server error -256. I see others have this too. The resigner works just fine. I heard you can use multiple accounts to get around the limit, is this possible with beta?

It doesn't work for me :/ altstore installs but every other install crashes before it finishes. EDIT: I looked at the comments and like Will! said, uninstalling then reinstalling alt server then reinstalling AltStore worked.

Does UTM support JIT signing? I get error 256 when I try to sign the „JIT“ version of the app. Does it need to be updated first?

iPhone 12 Pro Max. My install worked fine. At first I got the message that my apple ID has been locked, but it wasn't, I logged into Apple fine and the app store worked fine. I tried it a few more times (it kept saying successful install and I kept restarting the phone but nothing was there.) after the 3rd time AltStore came up on the phone. It would be great if we could delete apps directly from AltStore, is that possible? Edit: I forgot to mention, I am a developer and I installed this with my developer Apple ID, but everything expires in 7 days not 1 year. Thoughts?

Hey I'm running Dolphinios 3.1.1 (current) and the app is able to install (via alt server external source) and open without a problem however I am now getting a "Nkit warning on all of my gamecube/wii games and they crash immediately. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Delta works just fine so I don't know if its just a setting in Dolphin, the roms themselves or the JIT.

Upon trying to enable JIT, I encounter an error. Is that a problem on my end or something else? The last comment about it was simply deleted, so I am not sure.

Installed AltStore onto iOS 15 using AltServer beta and saw the "Untrusted Developer" message. I went on and checked the Settings app in "General" then "VPN & Device Management" but I don't see any untrusted profile there. Any ideas?

I have only been able to update the Windows version of Altstore for IOS 15. All other apps I've tried to install crash at end of the installation with no pop-up (Delta, Altsore Beta & sideloaded app) I have reset my iPhone 12 pro Max and restarted Altstore on PC. Am I missing anything?

Hmm, mail is disabling the plugin, saying to install a version compatible with mail 14.0. EDIT: Was able to get it to work by temporarily disabling System Integrity Protection. Instructions in this thread: https://github.com/rileytestut/AltStore/issues/443

cant speak to the "dolphinios" had same issue with altstore. with getting alstore to update. deleted altstore, reboot, reinstall and no longer showed i had to update. current altstore version installed 1.4.6b ios 15 and first sideloaded app worked no issue.

i've updated altstore and that opens fine now, but every app I refresh still behaves as if it hasn't been updated and gives the popup. do I need to manually sideload them again or something?

Final Edit? Okay, solved. 1. I'm not sure why, but it seems running the setup/installer wasn't updating AltServer for Windows. I uninstalled AltServer and then reinstalled it. That got me on the correct version of AltServer. 2. I didn't realize that there would be a new AltStore application, which was separate from the previously installed version. Once I opened the correct AltStore application, I was able to sideload and install as expected. I guess I'll keep the stuff below in case anybody else suffers from similar ineptitude. Edit: I think I've effed something up, as the bottom of the settings screen reports it as Altstore 1.4.5.... Edit 2: I guess it can't download the newer version of the AltStore because that crashes as well when I try to install? Edit 3: Tried deleting and reinstalling AltStore using AltServer, and was met with the same behavior I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here, but I'm having an issue where AltStore crashes when I try to refresh a sideloaded app or when I try and sideload a new app. It crashes right at the end of the process. I've tried a reboot, deleting and reinstalling the sideloaded app. Worth noting that I see the same behavior when I try to install the beta version of Delta from the Altstore itself. If there's any info I can provide, let me know!
