Chapter 134: I Want You to Remember Me Forever!

Under the moonlit night.

Inside the room, Uchiha Mikoto was trembling as she held onto the person in front of her. Uchiha Yosuke gently reached out to touch her, but seeing her startled, kitten-like reaction, he couldn’t help but laugh.

“Mikoto, you’re still so playful.”

After being tackled to the floor, Uchiha Yosuke, though initially stunned, quickly smiled indulgently, chalking it up to Mikoto’s playful nature.

“Yosuke, if… if you’d like, I-I could transform into Kushina…”

Her trembling voice lingered in his ears. She couldn’t even lift her gaze to look at him, but her faltering words made Uchiha Yosuke smile. Leaning close to her ear, he teased, “Mikoto, should I call you Princess Kushina now?”

His drawn-out tone made Mikoto’s face flush bright red. Her eyes glistened with an extreme shyness that was hard to miss.

With a puff of smoke, the transformation jutsu dispelled. Under the moonlight, fiery red hair shimmered with a bewitching glow. Long, slender legs clad in black thigh-high stockings stood out prominently.

“Yosuke, I’m wearing what you like…”

Her shy, halting voice floated in the air. The thigh-high stockings she wore this evening covered her toes, unlike her usual style that left them exposed.

“Princess Kushina.”

As they gazed at each other more openly, “Kushina,” as transformed by Mikoto, grew even more bashful.

When comparing the two, Mikoto’s personality leaned toward a gentle and soft demeanor, while Kushina was lively and mischievous.

As they grew more honest with each other, Uchiha Yosuke’s brow furrowed slightly.

Something felt off tonight.

Mikoto seemed unusually inexperienced.

“Wait a minute! You’re Kushina?!”

Yosuke suddenly realized the truth. This wasn’t simply Mikoto being inexperienced—this wasn’t Mikoto at all.

Exposed, Uzumaki Kushina stammered, yet she mustered the courage to lift her head. Her eyes, glistening with mist, trembled as she spoke with determination.

“Yosuke, I’m Kushina. I belong to you now! I’m yours!”

Under Yosuke’s stunned gaze, the fully revealed Kushina looked particularly captivating.

The moonlight added an ethereal glow to her youthful inexperience, highlighting her vulnerability.

Her inexperience was undeniable, but she was brimming with a bold, youthful fearlessness.

“Yosuke, I’m about to become a monster. I know it’s embarrassing, but I want you to remember me. Remember me forever!”

Even though her ruse had been uncovered, Kushina’s voice carried both shyness and resolve.

Deep down, she questioned whether the version of herself that would exist after becoming a monster could truly still be “her.”

She wanted to give the untainted version of herself to someone she deemed most important—the person who would willingly risk their life for her.

“Kushina!”

“Kushina, did you forget our secret? We’re both little monsters, aren’t we?”

The moonlight outside shyly hid behind the clouds, while inside, the two moved from the desk to various “battlefields,” finally ending up in the bedroom.

Kushina, true to her bold and straightforward nature, was incredibly shy at first, but she refused to let herself have regrets.

She mustered her courage, showing her little tiger teeth with a fierce expression, and declared with wide eyes, “Hmph! Tonight, you’re mine—completely mine!”

“I want it all.”

“Then let’s take it one step at a time.”

In their playful rivalry, Kushina bared her fierce yet adorable little tiger teeth.

The Living Room.

Steam rose from a bowl of miso soup as Uzumaki Kushina sat with her head lowered, her neck shrinking like a quail’s. She was too embarrassed to look up, especially in the presence of Uchiha Mikoto.

The confident princess from last night had completely vanished, replaced by someone whose toes seemed ready to curl through the floorboards in embarrassment.

Mikoto, wearing an apron, walked in from the kitchen with a gentle smile. She placed a hearty spread on the table and said warmly, “Miso soup and some noodles. Kushina, eat more to recover your strength. Yosuke usually doesn’t like sushi much.”

Her kindness made Kushina’s embarrassment even worse.

“I figured you’d be here, Kushina, so I prepared a change of clothes for you,” Mikoto teased, handing over a neatly folded set of fresh clothes.

At the moment, Kushina was wearing Yosuke’s oversized white robe, with hints of pale skin peeking out faintly beneath it.

“Thank you, Mikoto…”

Kushina’s voice was awkward as she accepted the clothes, her gratitude laced with mortification. Yosuke, sitting nearby, gave Mikoto a helpless look, as if to say, “Mikoto, you set me up last night.”

Mikoto’s eyes sparkled mischievously as she looked at the two, her expression clearly teasing. “You should be thanking me,” her gaze seemed to say.

The only sound at the table was that of eating. As she quietly sipped her soup, Kushina finally asked softly, “Mikoto, when did you get here?”

Being a ninja, Kushina’s sharp instincts had noticed that the food had been freshly prepared in the kitchen, not brought in from outside. That alone raised questions.

Mikoto gently wiped the corner of her mouth with a napkin and smiled. “Oh, I’ve been here since before sunrise. Some people sure have a lot of energy, though…”

Realizing that Mikoto might have overheard everything, Kushina’s face turned crimson. Her dazed expression betrayed her complete mortification.

Mikoto leaned in close and whispered softly into her ear, “Kushina, from now on, we’ll never have to be apart again.”

Kushina’s flushed cheeks grew even redder, and she felt as if steam might actually rise from her face.

Senju Compound.

By midmorning, Uzumaki Kushina was cautiously sneaking back into her home, looking every bit like a guilty thief.

“Kushina!”

The sudden voice made Kushina jump, nearly leaping out of her skin. She whirled around to see Tsunade standing there. Forcing herself to calm down, she clutched her chest and feigned composure.

“Tsunade, you scared me!”

Tsunade gave her an unimpressed look. “Why are you sneaking into your own house like you’re up to something?”

Kushina, trying to mask her nervousness, raised her chin defiantly and replied, “Sneaking? Of course not! This is my house, after all. You must be imagining things, Tsunade.”

Tsunade eyed her suspiciously, leaning in slightly. “Kushina, what’s that smell on you?”

“Smell?!”

Kushina’s face turned pale for a moment, but then she remembered she had bathed before coming home. Regaining her confidence, she took a deep breath.

“There’s no smell, Tsunade. You must be mistaken.”

But Tsunade, well aware of Kushina’s habits, wasn’t convinced. As she caught a faint trace of a certain scent, her brow furrowed slightly, and her expression grew complicated.

For a seasoned ninja like Tsunade, even the faintest scent couldn’t be completely masked by soap or bath oils. She had a pretty good idea of what it was.

Taking a deep breath, Tsunade looked at the now fully grown Kushina and said calmly, “Kushina, Jiraiya and Minato came by recently. There’s something I need to discuss with you. Wash up first, and we’ll talk after lunch.”

“O-okay!”

Forcing herself to remain calm, Kushina nodded hurriedly and scurried off to wash up.

Watching her retreating figure, Tsunade let out a soft sigh.

“Kushina’s grown up. It’s normal for her to have these needs. At least there are no injuries on her—seems that brat Yosuke knows his limits.”

Tsunade considered every possibility but never imagined that Kushina could heal herself so completely, leaving no trace behind.

*

In the mirror, Kushina gazed at her reflection, her vibrant red hair framing her face. For once, her expression softened into a tender smile.

“At least, before I fully become a monster, I belong to Yosuke,” she murmured to herself.

The thought gave her strength. No matter what lay ahead, she had no regrets.

“Thank you, Mikoto.”

In this twisted ninja world, being a jinchūriki meant being marked by misfortune and destruction. Even the closest of loved ones often harbored unease.

Kushina knew what it meant to be a jinchūriki. She had long accepted it.

Looking into the mirr

or, she clenched her fists, determination shining in her eyes.

“No matter what, I’ll protect Yosuke, Tsunade, Mikoto, and everyone I care about. Let’s do this!”
