Sorry it took me a while to get the results up, I was kind of sick, but I'm back!
In the end, Cynthia won on the final count.
Although it seemed that she was tied (hehe) with Maomao, and winning at DeviantArt, MaoMao actually won here thanks to the extra 5 points of the Patreons, but she ended up overwhelmed by the votes at DevianArt.
But don't worry Maomao fans! Part of taking more time doing the main poll winner sets, is that I wanna work on something for the second and third places!
So expect something with Maomao and Peach too ;)

The only thing I can think of when it comes to Cynthia are her alternate outfits like her casual outfit from the anime (https://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/8/81/Cynthia_BWS2.png) and maybe some of her Pokemon Masters outfits, like these (https://pm1.aminoapps.com/8152/c454eb12e91c062fdd0eee03317a55214b0cb612r1-2048-1536v2_hq.jpg) Whatever you decide to do with her, I'm sure she's going to be amazing!
