The public builds are private builds made public after I've made bugfixes and added updates, So Version 1.04 has content and features that 1.03 doesn't have, and when I finish 1.05 I'll make 1.04 public and so on. Eventually everyone will get to see what I make, but this way it gives people that support me something special. Because believe me when I say that without them this game would not be a reality.
