Over the last 5 years I've been creating content on YouTube about the Syrian Crisis and the world politics in general, and rather than making money I have been losing it. That was a sacrifice I would gladly make again and again, because I didn't want anyone to doubt my intentions and taint my message. I didn't want to profit from war.
But as time wore on, it became more necessary for me to fund my operation, since I'm taking time off my life obligations to do this. A few years ago someone suggested I turn on monetization for my YouTube videos. But my videos were deemed not advertiser friendly , this was even before the mass demonetization. YouTube refused to tell me the reason for this, but I have a pretty good idea. Black pigeon speaks made a video about wikileaks email saying Clinton started a war with Syria for Israel, and got the video demonized. He subsequently deleted the video. I would never do that.
One year ago someone suggested I start this Patreon, but again for one year i didn't advertise it lest my intentions be doubted. However its come to a point where the requirement to survive is taking up too much time that is digging into my creation of content and spreading the truth. For this reason I have come to ask for support from my viewers. I'd also like to expand my operation and get better equipment for filming and editing.
I hope you understand that I have come to this Patreon with pure intentions and always will have.
