Avatar's Love (Lo-Fi) - Avatar-The LoFi Bender
Added 2021-03-23 14:07:19 +0000 UTCHey everyone! As promised here's Avatar's Love but it's more experimental LoFi. I also commissioned some art from my friend @daniellblack_ on instagram! So now you're getting that too :D As usual it will be a couple of weeks before I release this on YouTube so enjoy it!
Really enjoying these LoFi exercises tbh. They force me to do more calm and dynamic music and I mess with a lot of stuff that I wouldn't normally do. I'm also able to work on them even when I'm tired because they are so light on my brain. I'm not overworking again tho but I sometimes get a bit frustrated when I want to do music but am to tired for complex orchestral stuff so this is great to fill that gap.
I changed quite a bit the original arrangement of this I had and also incorporated Korra's End Credits theme because Korrasami uwu
I'll keep the instrumentation of the LoFi beats almost the same for a a while too since I'm still learning how the hell they make the music sound so thicc but comforting at the same time. Ultimately it's better to learn the basics first anyways.
Did some little experiments with the percussion incorporating some woods there.
