St.johns wort- The flowers and leaves are used for medicine and Saint johns wort is best used if it’s fresh, but I use it and dried and it still works wonders for me. This herb is good for depression, anxiety, and OCD. But if you have bipolar disorder do not take it because it seems to increase the risk of mania. Also if you have seasonal depression this is a magical herb for you this season.
Mugwort- people eat the leaves of mugwort raw or cooked but usually as an herb and not as an actual dish my favorite way to use this herb is in a tea specifically blended with other herbs. This herb is good for balancing your hormones during your menstrual cycle and it is known for treating problems that you have with your menstrual cycle but warning this should not be used if pregnant do with that what you will.
Red Raspberry-of course the berries of this herb are eaten. But the leaves are used to make an herbal tea disturb boosts your immune system and can help with your cramps!
