Spiritual baths are your friend for this i like to light white candles while preparing and doing my spiritual baths to represent myself and my energy!
Parsley is what i would use for this bath !
(Which is good for clearing out negative energies, renewing, divination)
This is so important guys! Heal yourselves and take care of yourselves don’t allow anyone access they doesn’t have consent or that should no longer have access even if you have it to them before! People are feeding off of your energy !!
