2026-02-18 17:22:45 +0000 UTCI had some medical stuff happen a few years ago and some of the meds would give me panic attacks. I would do 4-7-8 breathing to calm down, breath in for 4, hold for 7 and exhale for 8. Hope your doing better. 😊

2026-02-18 02:51:24 +0000 UTCThank you, yeah I am get like this because of PMDD. So you have ADHD and PMDD do they do a medication that works for both of those?b

2026-02-17 20:47:15 +0000 UTCi'm so sorry jodie. I unfortunately wake up more than half the days of the month feeling this way as well and it takes a while to go away. I have to eat and breathe and take time to myself, screw my head on straight, take meds with the same thoughts in my head, I started taking medication for ADHD and it makes my vision weird I thought that was helping but I'm not sure if it's going to be something good for me in the long run. And then I'm switching over to Prozac from Cymbalta because it's supposed to help with PMDD and the anxiety is just absolutely crippling, so I'm really hoping it helps, but just know that you are not alone and you can reach out anytime if you want to talk about it because I related to this video on such a deep level

2026-02-17 20:12:04 +0000 UTCThere are lots of different meds that work if one gives bad side effects .. 🙏

2026-02-17 13:51:00 +0000 UTCYour nervous system is on high alert, try breathing in slowly, hold it for a few seconds and then breath out even slower. In through the nose and out the mouth, and breath with your belly not your chest. Maybe break out that treadmill for a minute, jumping jacks even, exercise relieves stress. I hope it goes away soon for ya.

2026-02-17 10:33:40 +0000 UTCI’m getting ready to go to work. Water was shut off for a mains break. Luckily it just came back on. I’m thankful for you and your work and whoever turned the water back on before dawn. Take care.

2026-02-17 10:17:29 +0000 UTCIt’s a stress response, not real danger. Just know that as intense as it is, it will pass. Just realize that nothing actually bad is happening in the moment. My wife has this issue and I have to pull her out of it sometimes.
