Yeah when I was really bad I was sleeping alot but that was making me worse after because I am energetic, I'm a busy body I want to be out there doing things I love being busy but feeling like all I wanted to do was sleep just wasn't sitting right with me but I didn't have the energy or motivation to move anyway and when I did I felt I was really loving my life I was watching myself doing it. I was really detached. Thank you for watching 😊

Thanks for sharing, i'm impressed of how much you've shared lately with us.
For the worst days literally the only thing that helped was to sleep and reset, but otherwise i'd binge anything comedy related that would put a smile on me and make me laugh to fight off the weight, usually made the entire day alright.
I had to observe and learn some thoughts or patterns i had which does as you say just flipped my mood completely instantly. I could be fine throughout the day, until a single thought or emotion from very specific things could change from feeling ok to then feeling like some force is trying to crush my inside.
I don't think it's a coincidence that i cherish asmr so much since i found it right after getting better, probably helped a lot early on to use as a mental shield(distraction).
