Hi scan was fine

They said it might have been the sickness irritating my esophagus so causing really bad heartburn and because of endometriosis as well that reacts on inflammation. So that inflamed my intestines making the groggy feeling last longer and irritation to my esophagus becoming more severe. But I didn't have a heart attack because honestly that's what I thought it was I was in so much pain π€£π€£ dramatic as ever.
