Madrid, you’ve been good to us. 🥵 From sweaty nights at cruising bars in Lavapiés to sunset cocktails in Chueca, our month-long stay gave us a taste of everyday gay life in one of Europe’s most exciting capitals.
While we took you to fabulous gay hotels like Axel Madrid and Roommate Óscar, nothing beat living like locals in Chamberí. It’s quieter, way less touristy, and just a 20-minute walk to Chueca—or a few metro stops to Lavapiés if you’re craving something edgier. Plus, Metro Line 8 takes you straight to the airport, which made our weekend getaway to Budapest a breeze.
And yes, we absolutely loved our little one-bedroom apartment. For under $2,000 a month, we had a cozy space with a balcony, full kitchen, and everything we needed for slow travel—no utilities, no hassle. Would we stay in Chamberí again? 100%.
But here’s where things get extra spicy 🌶️. As promised, here’s the Patron-only link to our Airbnb. And since you know we can’t just leave it at that, we’ve also dropped some silly (and sexy 😏) pics and clips of our daily life in Madrid.
So tell us—what’s your favorite Andy moment?
🖥️ Working hard at the desk
🧺 Doing laundry in nothing but a smile
🚿 Steamy hot shower time
🛋️ Or stretched out on the couch with a cheeky grin
