2023-10-16 14:43:21 +0000 UTCi can't believe i missed this! i do feel so spoiled with the longer videos. thank you for reading to us! i feel so grateful to see your beautiful soles too π thank you Jodie!! did you know that the last person to be executed by guillotine in France was in 1977? and execution is still legal here in much of the US where i live. i do generally support it but only in cases where there is zero doubt, such as with eyewitness or video documentation. if there is any doubt, i support a prison sentence. but on the off chance we have them on video or multiple eyewitnesses or lots of DNA or something, then i do support execution because i believe some things are so horrific that a person gives up their right to live when they take another person's right to live. the executioner is only an agent of the state, he is executing the will of the people by doing his job. also executioners are sometimes in teams where they all press a button or something so none of them is sure if they themselves did it, so as to alleviate guilt, but i think they are doing a good thing if the person is truly guilty. but i would love more videos like this anyway, you reading more of these or any kind of story. thank you so much Jodie, you are the best!!
