We’ve got a little something different for you in this video: you’ll see that our Production Manager, Andrea, has stepped in to expertly sew the gloves on camera. We hope the captions and soothing music will ease you through the glove-making process in a meditative and clear way. Thank you to Andrea for filling in as I’ve been a little under the weather, and for doing such a fabulous job with this project.
Full disclosure time! Glove-making is a challenging new skill that is best approached with lots of patience, snacks, and courage. Give yourself plenty of time and fabric to practice. You will be rewarded with the most beautiful couture accessory.

This is becoming very timely now with the seasons changing in the North. I’m looking forward to giving it a go. And, when the spring rolls around I hope I have a knack for it as I really adore gloves with outfits. They also have the added benefit it seems of being a scrap buster.
