Oh, and the insides of her ass is still not done (the materials) and overall, so it will look a lot more detailed.

Maybe even make her walk around with it bulging as if she's pregnant. There's nothing wrong with keeping it simple on the inside details part. You can check out KneeGod videos for reference, his work on gapes and prolapse is amazing.
