Hi Special guest on my Second Channel

I don't normally share this channel here and I won't do it often unless you'd like to see the updates. I share them on insta and twitter though so you can follow me there if you like.
I thought I'd share this one because My Mom joined me and helped me Prep and is rating My Vegan Dish.

She has had it pretty rough but still laughing and smiling and it's so heart warming. I know we all had it rough during lockdown but My Mom was also diagnosed with Cancer after nearly 2 years of investigation.
She also unfortunately got made redundant on the day after Boxing day.

We are seeing citizens advice on Monday and I will probably discuss what I’ve learnt on twitter or Instagram at one point in case it helps someone else in a similar situation not knowing what to do next.
She will be with Me again on Monday so she will be tasting tofu. ☺️
