Added 2021-09-14 20:30:20 +0000 UTCI finally got round to filming the mic scratching video with the 3dio today. It's one hour long with some whispers and mouth sounds. I didn't wear any make up for it.
It was a good skin day though tbf and the camera always helps me out a bit 🤣.

In you’re case it celebrates. You’ll still get zits right before a wedding when you’re 50, but most days will be flawless.

2021-09-14 21:09:39 +0000 UTCI walk 30 minutes a day to keep cholesterol down, but yes I need either better sneakers or to do some yoga. Feet often feel weird and tingly. A yoga friend recently suggested 5 minutes of "legs up the wall" a day, actually does work - just been a bit lazy lately and skipped it. (Speaking of which, time to walk.
