Go into task manager, then performance and check out your upload speed. It should be the same rate as what you pay for from the ISP otherwise WIFI could be the bottleneck

2021-01-31 07:11:58 +0000 UTCIt might slow it down a bit while it's doing the test. So might want to wait till it's done. If the upload speed is less than what your provider states it should it be with the upgrade, then I'd call them and ask them what the hell is going on?
