Patreon tiers changes info

Floogon horn: Has the same benefits as floogon feather and is just cheaperwhile being cheaper
Floogon feather: Stays the same
Floogon Coin: Now guarantees a commission slot whenever comms are open
Floogon snacc: Got Thanos-ed , no longer exist
Bigger changes in all the patreon tiers:
Patreon polls will no longer be a thing sadly (the umbreon drawing will be finished in the future and i will send it privatly to all the patreons who voted on it).. im sorry for disappointing you all and thank you for the support :'3
