Art Theft/Reuploaded without permission + Reasons for absence

It was brought to my attention today that a piece of mine was stolen from here (it must have been) edited, and reuploaded to animeotk without my permission. This is not only against AnimeOTK's ToS, but against my own personal rules as well.
I was not asked permission and I have reported this person for reposting my art as well as contacted them through animeOTK, which I was hoping to never have to use that awful drama-ridden hellsite, but the sole reason of me having an account is to reprimand and lurk on people who post my art without permission. (I.E.: anyone besides the commissioners I draw the pieces for.)
If the culprit reads this here, I would greatly appreciate if you would delete the piece, as I know you must be one of my patrons, and rightly delete it.
As for my absence, I had been drawing, alas my mother had to have emergency open heart surgery August 10th and has been in mine and my little sister's care since then. It's been really difficult as she can't walk, eat or drive on her own, so I've been incredibly busy taking care of her.
I'll be posting more things soon, I appreciate your patience with me and apologize for my absence. <3
