I love how she's constantly teasing Gojo so I thought it would be fitting to have her doing it again while he's helpless trying to cover her up from prying eyes with his towel.
Also she has a very iconic smile when she does that, so I did my best to make a playfull smile/tongue tease as well

While Marin is definitely asian in the "lore" (since the anime takes place there), she has the "generic anime face" which is used for pretty much any character, regardless of their ethnicity. So she doesn't really have any particular trait that makes her look like she's asian. Several characters I painted in the past were all based on Eastern cultures (be it a cartoon, an anime or game) but they don't really have anything particular iconic in terms of how they look, aside "looking like an anime character" So this type of character I prefer to simply keep important details like clothing, hairstyle and color, eye color, attitude etc, as a cosplayer would do for example (I often use cosplayers as reference for my anime characters since they are the "next bext thing" in terms of how that character would look like a real person). I only take ethnicity seriously if it's a very iconic trait of the character regardless of the media they are in (chun-li for example, she has a very specific chinese look on how her face is designed across the games, specially more recent ones).

But it feels a little strange to me because I always picture Kitagawa as a Japanese gyaru who makes herself look more Caucasian through makeup and styling. Yet if you showed a still of her to anyone not familiar with the character, most would say she's Caucasian. And the NSFW is clearly modeled on a Caucasian woman. So I don't know....perceptions challenged, I guess.
