My house is a mess. I have zero routine. No car and no laptop. Rent is due in a couple days. And it’s almost JULY? What in the fuck happened there ?

Thanks for the patience ✨🌀✨ I’m so grateful for y’all, I really truly cannot explain what it feels like to fall apart and look around and see that I still have people cheering me on.

This episode is all about being messy, embracing the shadow and releasing perfection, performance, pressureeee.

Loop = same thing over and over again acted out for learning a lesson

Cycle = Natural, perfect state of things ebbing and flowing, up and down, life and death

I don’t have a laptop right now (cute) so I can’t quite timestamp these next couple episodes. Hey, whatever it takes to release the perfection, performance, pressure.
